Mr. Hersey is a Vice President at Palm Beach Capital. His primary responsibilities include structuring and negotiating transactions, performing financial and operational due diligence, reviewing legal due diligence, arranging debt financing, managing the closing process of transactions, and working with portfolio companies on various strategic and financial matters including add-on acquisitions.
Prior to joining Palm Beach Capital, Dale managed Tidewater Capital Group, a diverse portfolio of private investments backed by several high-net worth Florida-based families which included a large healthcare services business where Dale served as interim Chief Financial Officer until 2019. At Tidewater Capital Group, Dale executed on a variety of transactions across different industries and asset classes including architecture, background screening and intelligence, healthcare services, and real estate. Previously, Dale was a Vice President at Medley Management where he focused on providing private credit solutions to support middle-market leveraged buyouts and began his career at Kroll (f/k/a Duff & Phelps) in their Valuation Advisory Services group.
Dale graduated magna cum laude from George Mason University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and has been CFA charterholder since 2016.
