Mr. Chalhub is a Partner of Palm Beach Capital and has been with the Firm since 2007. Michael’s primary responsibility is working with portfolio companies to maximize enterprise value growth with a focus on areas such as infrastructure development, continuous process improvement, add-on acquisitions, revenue growth strategies, strategic deal structuring, trade compliance, risk management and debt structuring. Michael currently serves as a board member of Mears Transportation and Blue Team Restoration.
Michael’s 30-years of broad-based experience includes over 20 years in private equity as well as holding various c-level operating company roles in finance, compliance and operations within the logistics, e-commerce and business service sectors. Michael started a middle-market management consulting firm, founded a transit advertising company and co-founded a healthcare software solutions firm.
Michael began his career with KPMG and Coca-Cola Enterprises. He is a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive) and graduated with highest honors from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
