Mr. McGruder is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Palm Beach Capital with over twenty years of private equity and middle market M&A experience. Since co-founding Palm Beach Capital, Shaun has been involved in all aspects of the Firm including fundraising, sourcing, investment analysis, deal execution, and portfolio management. Shaun is a member of the PBC investment committee and serves as a board member of Value Truck, Ideal Living, Olympusat, Inc., and Mears Transportation.
Prior to founding Palm Beach Capital, Shaun served as Vice President of Finance at Workflow Management (Nasdaq: WORK) where he led corporate development and M&A. In just three years, the company grew from $330 million in revenues to $650 million through the completion of over 30 acquisitions. Shaun began his career with Bank of America in the Corporate Lending Group managing a portfolio of highgrowth middle market clients within the Mid-Atlantic region.
Mr. McGruder graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and earned a M.B.A. from the University of Richmond.
