Palm Beach Capital Has Completed an Investment in React Health

Palm Beach Capital (“PBC”), a middle market private equity firm, today announced that it has completed an investment in React Health (“React Health” or “the Company”), a manufacturer and distributor of sleep therapy, respiratory therapy and disinfection products in North America. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

React Health, headquartered in Winter Haven, Fla., offers positive airway pressure (“PAP”) devices and supplies, sleep device masks, oxygen concentrators, and related disinfectant products. The Company’s products are used in helping treat long-term conditions such as Sleep Disordered Breathing (“SDB”) and chronic diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (“COPD”), that millions of people suffer from every day.
